Registration requirements depend on your legal form, activity and turnover. We check the rule, deadline and documents before filing.
Corporate Tax registration is determined by who is carrying on the activity. Companies and other juridical persons follow entity-based rules, while natural persons generally enter the regime only after UAE business turnover exceeds AED 1 million in a calendar year. Profit level alone does not decide whether a company must register.
We prepare and submit your FTA Corporate Tax registration with correct legal-entity and activity data, obtain your TRN, help you understand whether Small Business Relief or free-zone qualifying-income rules may be relevant, and record the first tax-period and filing deadline. Bookkeeping and return filing can be arranged through accounting partners when needed.

Not in exactly the same way. UAE companies and other taxable legal entities generally register, while a natural person conducting business generally registers only after annual business turnover exceeds AED 1 million. We check the legal form before advising.
The administrative penalty is AED 10,000. The FTA currently offers a waiver route for eligible taxpayers who meet the first-return or declaration conditions, so a late case should be reviewed before payment.
Free-zone companies generally register and file. Qualifying income may benefit from a 0% rate under the Qualifying Free Zone Person rules when all conditions are met.
Eligible resident persons may elect Small Business Relief for qualifying periods when the statutory conditions are met. It is not automatic, and eligibility should be checked for the relevant tax period.
We handle registration and deadline tracking directly, and can arrange return preparation and filing through accounting partners.
